We have rescheduled Melody's presentation for April 21, 2021. We look forward to meeting in-person for this great interactive content.

Morning Presentation - THE BOMBSHELL DROPS – NOW WHAT DO YOU DO?

Conducting effective workplace investigations is the first step to avoiding a lawsuit.  When an employee complains about workplace harassment or discrimination, employers must respond quickly and fairly.  This presentation utilizes a series of video vignettes to walk employers through some “dos and don’ts” of risk mitigation after the unthinkable happens.

Melody Rayl is an attorney in the Kansas City office National Labor & Employment litigation firm Fisher Phillips.

Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment litigation and counseling.  Melody has defended employers in all types of discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits in both state and federal courts.  She also frequently provides training to her business clients on a variety of employment related topics and regularly counsels businesses through difficult situations with an eye to preventing lawsuits before they occur.
