    The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist I is an integral part of driving the ongoing sustainable growth of the business in partnership with our business leaders. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including advertisements, phone screening, sourcing, and interviewing ideal candidates for open positions. The TA Specialist I will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the expectations of the role. In addition, this role will understand and review analytics to ensure recruitment efforts are pointed and effective.

    This is a hybrid role based in Manhattan, KS.

This role partners with academic departments, employers, alumni, and campus stakeholders to prepare students for successful career outcomes.
